Our

Mission & Values

The goal of our organization is to develop into a diverse support network of individuals seeking to overcome their trauma to change their lives. The groups will be divided based on the nature of their experienced trauma, age, and gender.

The support networks aim to:

  • Provide the definition of “trauma”
  • Identify the types of trauma, and
  • Discuss how trauma impacted the lives of the group members

The Four Steps to accomplishing these goals are

  1. Acknowledgment
  2. Identify
  3. Develop
  4. Overcome (continuation)
